Anabec's X70 Moisture Barrier is used as the final step in the remediation process. This product penetrates the surfaces to protect from future mold growth. X70 is a translucent solution which serves as an excellent primer for latex paints. X70 is for use on unfinished surfaces such as plywood, lumber, OSB, brick and unfinished drywall.
