Anabec's New Build 50 Moisture Barrier is specifically formulated for new unfinished building surfaces. When applied, this formula creates an extremely durable barrier thereby inhibiting the growth of microbial activity. New Build 50 also serves as an excellent primer and when applied by certified technicians, it carries a 50 year warranty.
